Cook (Indian & Continental)

Experienced Cooks required for a catering company serving corporate clients in Riyadh. Candidates with knowledge of Indian and Continental cooking are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food as per menu and recipes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Control food wastage and portion sizes
- Assist head chef in menu planning
- Store food items properly as per FIFO method
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
